run to the hills

i'm going on a blind date in a few minutes and i'm a little nervous. i dont care that much about this date, but i think its only natural to be a little nervous. i guess i can just look at it as an experiment in facing fear, talking to people, becoming more comfortable on the court, etc.

this kid is trevor. thats his name. he's cute. he claims he's boring which really cramps my style. we'll see what happens i guess. i'm meeting him at the pink pony which is good because i really need coffee right now. yes its embarassing and awkward but so what? i can put my hand through all of that. i notice that when i'm nervous, i yawn. wonder if that happens to anyone else.

i wonder if this kid likes iron maiden because i've been really into them lately.

we're either gonna click or we won't. whats the worst that can happen? he's annoyingly shy and uncomfortable? i think someone who tells long and boring no point stories is a lot worse. fuck. i really am nervous. oh well. wish me luck.
